@Homer-OJ-Simpson because it's a minuscule portion of their earnings. It's nigh inconsequential. Look at how much they spend on porn or petfood and compare it to foreign aid. Then look at how much money they allow to flow from Africa relative to what they offhandedly part with.

@Homer-OJ-Simpson nobody cares about anybody. Europe launches predatory debt trap initiatives to maintain control over Africa. France forces its former colonies to maintain the Franc knowing it impedes imports. I have no idea why you would say something so saccharine or naive.
