  1. @Lorenzo Williams Jr. The Chinese state is pretty indifferent towards it's diaspora. And that diaspora as present in Africa are pretty down on their luck types. Not exactly settler colonists, more akin to the diaspora across SE Asia. As for if the Chinese state attempts to upend the sovereignty of states, Chinese immigrants working in restaurants, retail and in import-export can't aid or hinder that, so why treat other people differently because they happen to be a different race?
