  3.  @nuruddeenkabirbulkachuwa6454  the South has the biggest city in Africa and the largest city by Sq area in Nigeria. And indeed Sanusi said the poverty in pockets of the North was worse than the likes of Niger and Mali. No Nigerian takes delight in either of that at the expense of any other part of the country.
