Black Holes use massive Magnetic swirls to strip electrons in which they draw in making them more magnetic while exterting an throwing away the unwanted material. evidence suggests this from what we have observed so yes we have seen this an for whatever reason magnetic properties are a big player with Black holes. so we use the North an South Poles of the magnetic drive to manipulate Electrons to generate energy or some kind of propullsion. soo what do you think. its not as crazy as using gravity. because we know about magnets an how to use them. an the technology already exists

  7. Gravity is a constant force from the mass off a object. It's not that gravity gets out. It's that the mass of the black hole causes its own gravity. Like a electron pairing with a atom. Or how a magnet works. That's how I understand gravity. An the data would suggest that.
