If we have craft won't the aliens come back for their technology. I highly doubt aliens would want to leave advanced technology with a race of people too busy killing each other over nothing an have only just perfected how to use fire.

@glenn7350 trouble is if thats true until our technology catches up to a certain point before we as a species could even understand what we were looking at. It would be like giving a car to a ancient Egyptian.

Lets say what you saw is true. Manipulation of time isn't possible in the 3rd dimension. Its simply impossible. It would take the energy of the destruction of the universe or at the very least a black hole to manipulate time.
