  1. The immediate shock of guiloting 2 people's heads would pretty much see them die within about 30 seconds of the event taking place. You also cannot reattach a spinal cord. So both people if they survived at all which i doubt would be paralyzed from the neck down. Lastly no one seems to care about the person donating the body. They are just like lets completely ignore them let them die.

  4.  @thatoneantoid51  so then the body is dead an un use able. You need electrical stimulus to the heard with physical contractions. If the doner body is indeed deceased then the electrical stimulus will cease an won't restart. You can't shock a heart an expect it to restart. Furthermore the chances cpr works is pretty low even if the person dies in front of you trust me i know this.

  7. No hospital in ethical countries would ever allow this to take place. So i wouldn't worry about it.
