Your talking about a state with such a small population. Maine's death toll a has risen 5 fold in the last couple of months. With shutdowns. Most dying in places they new were at highest risk yet failed miserably on protecting. This is not news. It's a political freak show. The stats used are don't reflect reality. And the lives saved by not shutting things down. Last year they were attributing 275,000 deaths shutdown related. Not covid. But no. One wants to give the new number now. Wonder why? This doesn't even include the financial devastation the shutdowns cost. Almost every state's numbers in colder regions is rising now. Because of cold and flu season. Plus untold deaths due to the shutdowns. That probably exceeds the virus.
