  8. Once again the President and the media spreading misinformation, and racism. Assuming Blacks, Latinos and other minorities are not intelligent enough to use the internet, get an I.D, or vote without government assistance. Sending out unsolicited ballots is insane. President and the left. Apparently think an eligible voter bears no responsibility in the voting process. And are willing to jeopardize the integrity of the entire process. Because of suppression. Yes , suppression of ineligible voters. Like non-citizens, non residents, deceased people etc. You know minor things like that. Voting has never been easier. And verification of eligibility has never been easier or have so many ways to do so. They are pushing for SR1,HR1, bills. That are straight out assaults on state's rights to run elections, constitution, and any sense of election integrity. It would make elections, virtually impossible to verify. And leave the doors wide open, for fraud and abuse. Exactly what we do not need. Again, voters do bear some responsibilities. And it's not like elections pop up out of nowhere. Last I checked. You have 16 months till midterms. Think that's a reasonable amount of time to get an I.D. Which you need for employment, bank account, fly, buy tobacco or alcohol, medication, etc. Etc. Or request an absentee ballot. Get the picture? President and democrats that are fighting election integrity and ongoing audits. Only fuel suspicion about integrity. If nothing was wrong with 2020 elections. And audit should not be an issue. Right? Audits are standard operating procedure , in every aspect of government run agencies, private business, and personal finances. Check for unauthorized charges, math errors. They won't change who's President. They can however show strengths and weaknesses within a system. So corrections can be made for future elections. Good things come from audits. Like many state's are updating their voter registration rolls. That should have been done years ago. California found 31billion dollar unemployment fraud And according to the SSA we are one of, if not the top nation on the globe. With the best life expectancy. With 6.6 million people over the age of 112. Quite an accomplishment wouldn't you say? Do a little fact checking first. Before you take Creepy Joe's word. Unless your into Pinnichios. 😨😲😄

  15.  @gamedrps430  haven't paid attention to fox lawyers. Really don't even know who you are referring to. I have watched initial hearings . In which head of capitol police testified about his multiple requests made to Sgt at Arms about securing additional support days before the 6th. Yet ultimately denied. His concern was so great he actually side stepped Sgt at Arms and made a personal request to the national guard to at least be on standby. Sgt at Arms was full of the usuall. "I don't recall " answers. Capitol police also testified this lack of security was abnormal. For such of an event happening nearby. Do your homework. Capitol security and surrounding grounds is the speaker's and her appointed Sgt at Arms deal. The chain of command is not that long. As the media would have you believe. That alone makes her a subject of the investigation. Or at least a witness. Which is why she removed the 2 representatives. She doesn't want this "fair and complete, thorough investigation " to go in that direction. No matter how you slice it. She bears some responsibility in the lack of security that day. And it wasn't unintentional. So why? I do not condone those who breached. And I would not want to be one of them. Because they have every federal agency dealing, with law enforcement, national security and DOJ. After them and checking there affiliations. So what is her committee going to find out, that they arent? The lack of security is the only question left that this committee can truly address. And it's one she doesn't want asked because it involves her directly. That's why she should recuse herself. Other than that, you know as well as I do. It'll be just another "Hunt for the Orange Man". Which frankly after almost 6yrs and 10s or 100s of millions of dollars. Just to watch her beat a dead horse, is getting old. Seeing as the worst corruption they found was in the FBI, that had links back to Hillary, Biden and Obama. That got swept under pretty quickly. By the way, who are these fox lawyers you keep referring to?

  16.  @gamedrps430  I watched the hearings live. I did the research. Capitol security and it's surrounding grounds, with the exception of the Senate floor, gallery and entrance (Senate majority leader heads that) Is headed by the Speaker of the House and her appointee(s), including Sgt at Arms, that is supposed to report directly to the Speaker. What don't you get about that? I did not say she was solely responsible. I said she bears some responsibility. Sgt at Arms is her handpicked appointee. He may make decisions, but it's her that ultimately has to sign off. Who do you think ordered the barricades and fencing afterwards? And how does the election or fox have anything to do with the security at the capitol? Even the left wing fact checkers can't get around the fact she is the head of capitol security. So they reposed the question. To ask if she was solely responsible for capitol security. Which she is not. But is, as I described above. Why do you keep referring to Fox, lawyers and elections. They have nothing to do with this. It's not where I got my information from. If you looked it up, you'd find the same information. And would realize, politics aside, Because she heads capitol security. By default, she has to be a subject of the investigation. If it is to be fair, thorough and complete as she claims. And being a subject of the investigation (even if just a witness). Should exclude her in anyway from any aspect of these proceedings. Including handpicking the committee or any aspect of its investigation. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. I understand the extreme bias of all the media, Fox, CNN, MSNBC, CBS etc. Always better to watch live or replays of events in their entirety. It's astounding how both sides edit to try and show their narrative. A fine example would be , Senator Rand Paul and Fauci's last Senate hearing interaction. Watch, fox,CNN, msnbc, CBS, NBC etc clips. Then go back and watch the entire unedited hearing. So your assumptions of where and how I get my information are way off base. It may be your method. But certainly not mine.

  23. Kudos to the judge. And shame on the media. Unlike the law, his decision was not politically based. His decision was based on law , precedent and constitution. Newsom's upcoming recall vote. Should already tell him and the media your misinformation is known. The judge was complete clear and concise in his explanation of his arrival at this decision. As opposed to this broadcast or opposing responses. Taking a few select words of His 94 page explanation of how this law failed to be constitutional. He was clear and concise. Includes facts, data, and precedent. All that support his decision. Newsom's response is what most America has come to expect . From a governor that allows 31billion dollar unemployment fraud. A homeless crisis that is out of control, a plan to release a 100,000 convicted criminals back on the street, with no viable parole or monitoring system. A retirement system that is headed for failure. To mention a few. The governor is not alone. It appears the left has a difficult time with word comprehension. So they decide to redefine words. And still manage to misuse them. When you state an opinion. Especially with no facts or worse yet. Contradictory facts. Then try to establish it as fact, for a basis of an argument , it can only be considered hypothetical at best . And depending on your goal of the outcome. Could be considered fraud or a lie. It's philosophy 101. This is occurring regularly now. By President and the left. From total out and out lies about Georgia voting laws. To the true content of SR1 OR HR1. OR what these trillion dollar spending bills actually fund. If the law is wrong it's wrong. If Newsom was that concerned about gun laws. He could start enforcing existing ones. Or actually doing background checks. Or just making sure that nobody lied on application. Hunter?
