Roe v Wade by most legal scholars is considered legally flawed. Other issues I have, are the hypocrisy and misinformation . How many of these people support vaccine/mask mandates? The idea that 6 weeks or more isn't enough time to figure out if you were raped or had unprotected sex, doesn't say much for overall intelligence, education, nor personal responsibility. It should not be used or pushed as a primary source of birth control that is funded through tax dollars. The misinformation of SCOTUS upholding Texas law is upsetting in itself. Lawsuit was dismissed because of procedural flaws. I.e., if you're going to bring a case to the highest court in the country. You better have your ducks in a row. And make sure you have the right to even file suit on someone's behalf. It's common sense. They can also gather signatures, vote and pass legislation. It's one of the benefits of living in America. At least for a little while longer. Don't want other people telling them what they can't do. But want them to pay for it when they do it. It just doesn't make much sense. There are other options available. And Texas law does not ban abortions entirely. And I suspect it will be overturned in whole or in part at some point. Once someone figures out how to correctly file a lawsuit. Morality aside. It just doesn't make sense to promote, push and fund abortion as substitute for other alternatives. Which is being done. And if it's a choice, it's one that others should not have to subsidize.
