  1. Negotiate your own contract. Then sue? Because you can't understand math. Or the fact your actually making more per unit of work, than those you are complaining about. This is the problem with this kind of thinking. That is not limited to sports. Or men vs women. It's the general attitude of the left. Because one makes more, because they work harder. They should pay a higher rate in taxes. Or those who work less should get paid more.. It's a communist idea. In the fact your efforts are of no value to personal gain. Because everyone gets paid the same, regardless. If I work 60 hrs a week I would expect to make more than if I worked 40. (Not considering taxes). If not. Why bother working the additional 20 hrs? Have no problem with equal pay for equal work. Which in turn should bring equal return on investments. In this case. It fails on 2 fronts. They get paid more. Yet bring in less revenue percentage wise . Which is fine as long as those willing to put up the money, are willing to take a smaller return or even a loss On their investments. It's a business. Not a recreational league.

  2. The losing (especially intentionally) and getting the same pay. Does not really do the "unions are great " movement a whole lot of good. That is, unless you think making more money per game, even if you win, lose or don't even play, plus benefits ,. Is somehow a bad deal. Especially when your union negotiated it. And you signed off on it. Sounds like you should sue your union. That or take a reality check.
