  1. It was/is prosecutorial misconduct driven by political motives. What if any issues that they brought up were discrepancies in property values. Something that anyone who owns property or buying or selling property knows can vary widely. Bank values, tax values and fair market values etc. All vary over time as well depending on the market. If there were any discrepancies it would have been a tax issue that if they could prove it. Would have amounted in paying taxes due and a negotiated fine. That's if they can prove it. It certainly doesn't fall in criminal act category It took them months if not years to figure out their own convoluted tax codes to even come up with that. They'd been better off looking at their own politicians. They had a governor confess to altering documents with a witness, yet did nothing. They should be charging themselves for this witch hunt.
