  1. Again the left misinformation machine rolls on. We've seen this gross abuse of air quality "regulations " go too far. It's been arbitrarily applied to target private businesses that aren't political allies of the left. I've personally seen it in auto emissions testing that the extreme bias between state and private business was so bad, they scrapped the whole program because of fear if criminal prosecution. Yes there needs to be monitoring. But it needs to science based and not politically driven either way. This isn't rocket science. We've made tremendous strides and can improve on all fronts. But once again Congress has failed. Glad to see court is putting responsibility where it belongs. And negating Biden's attack that they are too slow. Democrats, liberals forget. We are a nation built from the ground up. Individual, state, then Federal government. If they don't believe it. Then cancel every state law that legalized marihuana. See how that goes. Sure Pelosi be right on board with that. Congress and Biden administration has got to stop pointing fingers. Stop committing acts of sedition against the court because democracy worked and they failed. Failed to come up with common sense policy, law that is equally applied and doesn't make the country go bankrupt. And if Congress can't be clear and concise about it. Sorry, it goes back to the people and states. That's how it works. Or is supposed to work. Anything other is a path to autocracy, Marxism, Fascism etc. Regardless of what Pelosi or Biden, Warren, AOC, WATERS say. These elites are clueless and have no idea how the mass feel or live. Their wealth is derived off off taxpayer dollars and backdoor deals that enrich them at the expense of the working person and national security.
