  1. How in heck can Cuomo skate on this? He publicly admitted he falsified/altered documents. Vital information needed to track the virus and its effects in certain situations on its onset. Potentially causing thousands more deaths across the country by giving inaccurate information to CDC in which they based their recommendations off of and other state CDCs relied on. Also possibly leading to more unnecessary nursing home deaths as well as others because of inaccurate data. Not even mentioning the thousands of deaths caused by his own incompetent and politically motivated actions in his state. Talk about a two teired, politically driven, corrupt justice department. Again when a man PUBLICLY ADMITS HE COMMITTED A CRIME, That covered up over 10 thousand deaths, and potentially caused tens of thousands more. Yet justice department says they won't charge him. Why? Because he's Joe's "gold standard ". In what, corruption and cover-up ? This is an outrage, it's prosecutorial incompetence and misconduct , both on a state and federal level. You have admission with collaboration and nothing done. What does it take for a left wing or any AG to charge one of their own? Obviously a confession, collaboration and evidence isn't enough. So what is? Losing a golf game? Payoff? AG is supposed to be autonomous. Prosecutorial discretion is not absolute when it breaks or ignores the law, especially when it becomes a detriment to society. Regardless of party . People are fed up. Even democrats.
