In which she and a few other leftist Have power and control over money. Poverty is actually a necessity for them. It is a multi hundred billion dollar annual industry for them. Where they siphon of they majority of the funds. That are allocated for poverty and minorities. Eliminate poverty, there goes their income and votes.
