  1. Where's M.A.D.D. NOW? Nancy says it's a private matter. It's not. He was allegedly intoxicated on a public way involved in an accident that caused property damage and possibly personal injury, not only to himself but another person. This is at least in my state a criminal offense, Aggravated OUI. It has a mandatory license suspension plus, jail time as well as satisfactory completion of Driver Education Evaluation Program and most likely 2 months or so if drug counseling. Plus fines, fees etc. Again it's a criminal offense, a matter public record. If this just disappears people need to start getting fired and charged. As well as investigations into personal finances.
