No matter what side your on. I dare you to show me where in the constitution it is. They scream for equality for women. Apparently the Judge is not a woman , or to be a woman it is required to agree with Harris. More than qualified, has endured extreme scrutiny as well as viscous attacks on herself and her family. Unfounded by a prejudice Democratic party. Who result to fear mongering and political campaigning. Which the judge told them. Is not her job. She also explained. It doesn't matter if you spent 2 years drafting a law. And what your intent was. If it is written poorly. Not the courts problem. Democrats seem to forget. Court does not write the laws. House and Senate do. If written wrong. Change it. If they disagree with court. They can override it. Apparently they need a civics class.
