Once again democrats and VP spreading misinformation and disinformation. Attacking the foundation of our constitution and government. Blaming the wrong people for the wrong thing. Again, legal scholars on both sides have said Roe V WADE was fundamentally flawed from the get go. Top that off with finding out after Roe lied. Everyone knew it would not withstand review and the court needed to correct it. The correction has very little to do with abortion. It was a legal and constitutional correction. SCOTUS isn't supposed to make policy or law. Constitutionally it's not allowed. But that's in fact what they did 49 years ago. Not only that, but decision was later found out to be based on a lie, unbenounced to them and many others. Democrats and congress have to stop politicizing the courts. Blaming them or the executive branch because they failed to do their job or get their way. It's a system of checks and balances. The outrage here should be at the person(s) who leaked this. This is a overt criminal attack on our highest court, constitution and our government. Trying to either influence their decision or upcoming elections. This is unacceptable and they need to be held accountable. I mean serious prison time for all involved. They are misinforming people. Court is not telling anyone anything other than its not in their privy. It's a state issue. As per the constitution. That's it. Democrats once again pushing for another summer of love. Where division and violence reign. Enough is enough. Time to vote these people out. .
