Cities defunding the police pocketing the money then cry to Joe who says he'll make the rest of the country reimburse them for the money they stole. All these alternative programs we've heard about are non-existent. A Ponzi scam costing taxpayers billions of dollars who's only accomplishments are building a bigger bureaucracy, that makes a few wealthy while delivering nothing as intended or promised. Except a cry for more money to keep the scam running. Meanwhile crime soars and hardworking, law abiding citizens suffer because of these ludicrous policies.
