Hope it pans out. I've also seen towns take property only to turn it over to private entities. All below fair market value. Or restrict a homeowner on renovations, claiming the dwelling fell into the historical society preview. They were forced to sell to a private entity who in turn leveled the house and built some modern box. Face it. You no longer own property anymore. At best you lease it from whomever you pay property tax to. Who can regulate just about anything you to it or on it. Keep up the good fight.👍👍

@tracytayag3989 Kudos. I'll take the hit, and also give you the benefit of the doubt that this is sarcasm. Because I didn't put .Gov or .Org instead of Global as to be more precise. Like getting W.C. confused between water closet and they Wayside Chapel when asking about amenities, directions and such. Old Catholic joke my Aunt, Sister Ann sent some 40+ years ago.

@tracytayag3989 No apologies necessary. I think I understand. I've rambled and erased three times. May life treat you well.👍

Like every other profession. A license doesn't make you competent nor does it mean it was built to spec. This is another guise to protect a trade and prevent criticism of that trade. Like any other trade, people who take pride in their work. Are always looking around. To see new techniques or admire work that is well done. And occasionally find fault in work. This is almost definitely government trying to protect themselves or somebody else from lawsuits or liability. Because as we all know. Government doesn't always award contracts to best choice.

This is awful. I know in a lot of states . Wardens or wildlife officers have more leeway . But still are required a warrant to search private property. A business that is closed is just that. Most wardens where I live are decent. They're out there to inform and protect both wildlife and people that use the outdoors for a multitude of purposes. Hunting, fishing, ATV's, hiking the list goes on. It only takes a few along with an overzealous prosecutor to muck up and tarnish reputation and repoire with those they interact with. Those that should be viewed as assets. Not potential citations because they exercised their rights. thankful for people like I.J. for coming to the aid of this person. And defending all our rights.
