  1. It's insane, government if it were a private entity would be charged under RICO laws and for running a Ponzi scam. When they say budget cuts, it's a lie. What they are saying is instead of getting the 10,15,20+% increases they want they get less, but make no mistake, they are getting increases. Regardless of economy or tax revenue collected. It's basic economics. You spend more than you earn you go into debt. As long as that borrowed money is for investments that will pay off in the long run that's one thing. But it's not. A good portion is to fund a government that spends 9 dollars to get 1 dollar to its intended target. Any private business or charitable organization that ran like that would be bankrupt and facing criminal charges.
