  1. Democrats have been telling the public to shut up and sit down, we know best, for years. The fact the regulatory commissions , like the FDA, CDC,NTSB just to name a few are appointed positions and especially under the Biden administration have failed miserably. They've tried to hide pertinent medical data, unconstitutionally implement rules forcing people to take a shot that's efficacy went so low, they had to redefine Vaccine and Vaccination in order to keep it classified as one. They still haven't dealt with a catastrophic rail derailment that still puts thousands at risk. Have failed to deal with transportation bottle necks and whole list of other things. Congress has the right to and the responsibility to grant agencies limited authority to make certain decisions and rules. It also has the right to deny or oversee them. No one is talking about having Congress approving drugs, or brake systems, that's just Democrats fear mongering again. But it would allow them to oversee and prevent abuse of power by people, regulatory agencies that aren't elected, but appointed and may have more political agendas in mind. Rather than the health and welfare of the American people, economy and American businesses. This administration has and still does use Regulatory Administrations, as well as other Depts to unconstitutionally to push political agendas, that unlawfully target private businesses and people who they perceive to be political opposition.
