It's deplorable and disgusting. Its this administration's and leftwingnuts attempt to undermine and destroy the judicial system by filling it full of unqualified radicals that choose "feelings" over law. Ive worked in and around Federal courthouses. These people earned my respect not for their political views, but their ability to put them aside and knowledge of the law and apply it. Granted law clerks, aids do a lot of heavy lifting. Doing research and precedent. But its a competent judge that leads their direction. Not the other way around. These are lifetime appointments afforded to people that are supposed to have not only a reasonable, but extensive knowledge of constitution and laws. Its not a learn as you go job. It's not a feelings job. It's not a make my own laws job. It's bad enough we elect officials into congress like AOC who didnt even know the 3 branches of our government. One of which she supposedly works in and collects a pretty penny off taxpayers for. But to give lifetime appointments to people that dont even know the articles of the Constitution but overstep it by putting personal opinion over existing law. Congress makes law, judges dont. Their sole purpose is to interpret laws in the context or spirit they written and if its constutional or not, as well as it applicability to case at hand. Nothing more. Redefining words today is their way to undermine the Constitution and existing laws. It circumvents due process. Legislative branch has the sole power to create, alter, repeal laws. Executive nor Judicial branch does.
