  1. Televised SCOTUS. Should only be available after a decision has been rendered. If that. Media has been so politicized, that this is just another way to spread misinformation and influence the court. Put them at a greater risk of physical harm and harassment . We've seen this time and time again since cameras were allowed in courtrooms. Notably Chauvin trial. Where judge stated that media, and especially remarks made by President and Waters would perhaps give a good argument in appeals court. Ironically possibly overturning the very verdict they, if not illegally definitely, unethically, influenced/intimidated to get. Judicial system and SCOTUS. Are under attack by the left. They control by a slight margin, 2 of the 3 branches of government. Executive and legislative. Now they want the third. Judicial. (AOC take note, you're part of the legislative branch, more specifically the house of representatives. Not senate.) And if they can't get it legally.. they'll do it through intimidation. This was also right out of FDR'S playbook. It is wrong. Checks and balances. The court's are a citizens last chance at keeping our inalienable rights that are protected under the constitution. SCOTUS being the final word. To take that away or influence it by any means is unconstitutional. Your destroying the constitution's concept as a whole. Which is the people's right to form and run a government. Not the government's right to form and run the people. A pretty simple concept. Granted my personal rights don't give me the right to impede on yours. Which appears to have failed the grasp of the left. All justices on SCOTUS should be required to provide an explanation of their decision on any given case, in writing, upon request, after the final vote has been made. If the people are interested They can get the info. The supreme court should not be an asset for media to manipulate. Through video editing. Stick to the written words. That is something that both sides can back up. And hold media liable. For out of context use. SCOTUS has had a pretty good track record over the last half century. Not saying mistakes weren't made. The problem is today. Is SCOTT's job is to interpret laws and their constitutionality. And the left does not like the constitution.
