  1. It a partisan political attack on states rights to run elections through the legislature, as outlined in the constitution. Courts are upholding new legislation. Yet DOJ continues to file frivolous duplicate lawsuits. Only on political opposition. Disregarding blatant infractions some states made by having unauthorized people institute laws or rules they have no authority to. It's blatant prosecutorial misconduct.
