So Trump hires a two bit lawyer basically on retainer, pays his bill, plus gets 30 grand stolen by two bit lawyer.
Who then is convicted for crimes and lying.
But is Democrats star witness?
Sounds about right.
So many flaws in this case it's not funny.
Once again New York has jumped jurisdiction.
A lawyer hands you a bill, you pay it.
That by law is a legal fee.
Lawyer sends you a bill for sevices rendered.
What would you file it under?
It wasn't campaign funds or taxpayer money.
If you don't pay the bill, well we all should know how that works out.
Lawsuit, liens, or arbitration run by a bunch of lawyers.
Guess who wins?
It was private money done by a two bit attorney for a non disclosure agreement.
Perfectly legal and done thousands of times daily. By insurance companies, private industry, employers and many members of government.
Unlike Biden Admistration and Congress who used, abused law enforcement and DOJ to threaten, intimidate perceived opposition.
Then Congress using 17 million TAXPAYER's dollars not for a consential affair if it even occcured.
But 17 million taxpayer dolllars went out for "hush money" to cover actual sexual misconduct by members of congress.
That's BS!
Where's the investigation on that?
New York is jumping jurisdiction while shooting itself in the foot and leg.
They are threatening everyone, every business across the nation if one penny of your money passes through their state.
Mr. Wonderful from "Shark Tank" warned them.
They said don't worry, we are only going after Trump.
That alone should have case dismissed and people in an uproar.
My opinion.
Wall Street should buy out Disney in Florida and move to Florida.
Let Disney move to New York. They love clowns and Dopey.
Implications on this are far reaching if it stands. It sets precedent that New York can charge anyone in US.
Because their 401k or bank account passes through a bank branch or Wall Street?
Boycott New York.
