  1. A politically motivated joke. Prosecutorial misconduct at least. Going after a CEO for a corporate tax code violation so obscure it took the state months if not years to find it in their own bureaucratic bull. Any other company or corporation would have been considered an oversight, paid back due taxes plus a negotiated fine in private. Or contested it's validity in court. 10 to one if they scrutinized Wal-Mart, Amazon or any other company with such vigor, discrepancies would arise. This is like hauling Bezos in court for a dirty restroom or misspelled word in the Post. To think a CEO has knowledge of every tax code in every country,state,city they operate in is ludicrous. Like New York hasn't got enough on it's plate. It has to go looking to drum up business in courts while the rest of it collapses under the likes of Cuomo and DeBlasio.
