  1. He plays dumb, because if he answers, he'll have to admit the helped fund it. And now he's trying to claim it's not gain of function. Which is really actually moot at this point. Call it whatever you want. It was created in the lab. Either by accelerating mutation cycles, or whatever else they might have done. Bottom line. It didn't happen in nature. And what that Nobel laureate stated. Was once he saw it. It was obvious it came from a lab. Other scientists also stated this. And suggested the same thing. And even knew which lab it came from. Because of previously published papers by the scientists working on it. He knows his credibility is almost nonexistent now. But the egotistical narcissists still won't admit he helped fund it. Because he knows what's best for mankind. His 2012 quote also stated this. Where he said, gain of function research was worth the risks, even if it caused a pandemic. Just don't understand why he still is employed by our government .
