  1. Once again Democrats show their true colors. It's not democracy they want, it's a socialist/ Marxist regime. Constitution is clear. Laws are to be created, altered or repealed by Congress. Not executive branch nor judicial. Pretty flipping simple. Democrats are against this because it would stifle their plan to undermine the Constitution and circumvent due process. Regulatory acts are supposed to be to protect the greater population from harm. But once fines and jail or prison time come into play, they cease to be regulatory acts, but a pseudonym for taxation without representation and unconstitutional law. It's not rocket science. What Democrats screamed and cried about during last administration was former President enforcing existing laws that even current puppet resident Biden voted for. Now Democrats want to funnel trillions of dollars, illegally taxes via fees,fines etc, and imprison people based on political affiliations or if considered undesirable. Don't think so? Biden himself publicly said as much on multiple occasions. Pelosi when speaker as well. The Reins act does primarily 3 things that scare the heck out of Democrats. It forces deadbeats and incompetents like Nadler, Fetterwoman, Feinstein to go back to work. It partially takes back Congress' constitutional DUTY to create, approve laws that have major impact on the country as a whole. It creates greater oversight of taxpayer dollars and restores somewhat of the checks and balances system this country was founded on. This administration and Democrats have funneled trillions of dollars to non elected officials with no oversight and or accountability. Biden himself publicly said those monies would go to or be collected from those who conform or refuse to conform to their agenda. That's not a democracy nor even a republic, it's everything this country has fought against since its conception. And if you think this administration isn't run by a mentally incompetent president. Just look at his speech ending in "God bless the Queen " who no longer lives and represents a monarchy that this country fought with to gain it's independence. This isn't rocket science. Gas lighting and fear mongering by Democrats is plain as day. This act does not affect approval of medications or other or other technology beyond the scope of even the incompetent administration that oversees them. We've seen the absolute failure of this administration and Democrats dealing with covid. Reins act just puts responsibility back where it belongs. If Nadler, Fetterwoman (as he called himself) Feinstein, or any other Congress person aren't fit mentally or physically to do the job. Time to resign or get fired.
