  1. A clear cut case of prosecutorial misconduct. Garland has been nothing more than a political attack dog for the President and the left. On no less than 10 different occasions, where the President has expressed dismay with his political opposition. The DOJ has responded by attacking that opposition via, frivolous lawsuits, threats, investigations, intimidation and now this. Labeling concerned parents as domestic terrorist because they don't want there kids taught to be racist. A subject that Garland's immediate family has a financial stake in. These actions alone are reason for his removal. Along with another item added to long list of reasons for impeachment of Biden. Also inaction by this department on admitted criminal actions or where there's a mountain of evidence in plain view of criminal conduct Committed by political allies . Like Cuomo, Fauci, Hunter Biden, Pelosi. Yet nothing is done. In fact concerted effort is made to ignore or cover up these acts. It's disgraceful and illegal.
