  1. Biden's green plan does nothing to reduce global emissions or responsible land use. In fact it does just the opposite. It just moves it from the U.S.. Where energy and food production are some of the cleanest and eco-friendly in the world. And proceed to get better every year. And shifts it to other countries that produce more than double the damage. Only to ship what should have been produced here. Back here. Increasing imports while decreasing exports on basic items we use everyday. If the pandemic has shown us anything. It should be our current inability to produce and distribute basic goods in a time of crisis/panic. Because we've let most of our production capabilities move to foreign countries. Some not being the friendliest. We're allowing foreign companies and nations to buy up core parts of our infrastructure. Power companies, farm land, water Rights. To name a few. Land grabs from U.S. states and citizens. That pull current viable farm and forestry production. Only increases the load on remaining land. Which goes against every eco-friendly concept where land rotation and rest periods are practiced. A practice which has been proven to benefit flora and fauna and reduce the risks and severity of devastating wildfires. Which if not practiced will only hurt wildlife that rely on new growth and open or semi open areas for food. And to keep invasive species in check. For thousands of years mankind has been stewards of the land. Sometimes not so good. We're moving in the right direction. Part of that is asking less of the land on a yearly basis. Through rotation. Which provides a constant viable habitat for thousands if not millions of species that rely on it to survive. Responsible management here, helps prevent mismanagement globally. Putting up no trespass signs and doing nothing except put out fires, spiking trees is not responsible management. We've tried it, it's as much of a failure as overuse and abuse is. Responsible land management requires land to make minor temporary impacts that benefits the land. As opposed to long term intense impacts that can devastate areas for hundreds if not thousands of years.
