  1. The right to vote comes with responsibility. For the people's act is anything but it's namesake. A 700+page piece of garbage legislation. That removes all election integrity. Makes it virtually impossible to verify or audit an election. Takes away states rights to run elections. And puts in the hands a partisan government. This racist, bigoted administration would have you believe that federal elections pop-up out of nowhere, unannounced. That 2yrs is not ample time to get an I.D. President, Vice-president and media keep saying, Blacks, Latinos and other minorities or people who live in rural areas. Are too ignorant to get an I.D, use the internet, make a photocopy or vote without government assistance. Forgetting the fact you cannot function legally in society without an I.D. You cannot legally get employed, drive a car, board a plane, buy certain products, cash a check, open a bank account, get vaccinated, get government assistance. To name a few. The Presidents use of DOJ as his personal legal attack dog against political opposition is grounds for impeachment. Prosecutorial misconduct, filing frivolous, duplicate lawsuits against states is abhorred. Threatening audits. Something DOJ should be encouraging. They're standard operating procedure in every aspect of government, business and even personal finance. Their only purpose is to find and correct errors or flaws. Or confirm a process was done correctly. They're after the truth. Something one would think the DOJ would be in favor of. Not afraid of. SR1 would eliminate any possible means to verify or audit an election properly. That is something the American people cannot nor should not accept. Those that endorse this peace of legislative trash, need to be voted out of office. It's a direct attack on the American citizens rights to run free, fair and secure elections. Because if it is not secure, it certainly cannot be fair, and comes at a very high price.
