  1. Every state should be joining this lawsuit. This is no different than Biden's unconstitutional eviction moratorium extension. And as their own numbers are showing every day. That the vaccinations efficacy against delta variant is less than what they elude to. Their own data shows even states with over 70% vaccination rates are showing spikes in cases and hospitalization due to delta variant. Which is 95-98% of all new cases. Over 50% of those hospitalized are fully vaccinated in some states. These are their numbers, not off some media platform or article. Off federal and state CDC websites. And they've already stated it has little or no effect on transmission. This is not like polio, measles or other vaccinations that are mandatory. It doesn't come close in efficacy, it fails miserably in longevity. And side effects, they've been less than forthcoming with details. 500 pages of regulations is not a science based mandate. Especially when we find out 75% of the CDC is still "working from home". How does a lab worker, work from home? What they do, buy them all chemistry sets to set up in their basements? This is all on top of what Governor DeSantis said. It's unconstitutional plain and simple. It's another overreach by Biden to push his leftwing socialist/Marxist agenda. Time for him to resign or get impeached.
