  1. Another bail out for California's fraud low income housing. Shoe box Apts costing almost a million dollars a unit at this point. Probably will exceed that before completion. It's government regulations, high property taxes, and now skyrocketed material costs (As much as 300% or more in some cases) caused by government shutdowns and inflation. That are driving costs to unobtainable heights. When property taxes are approaching or exceeding what mortgage payments are on a 20 or 30 yr notes. Yet property owners get no more, sometimes less in services. Failing education systems, defund police, poor road maintenance etc. Just bigger government that cost more and does less. Has more committees than brains. More concerns over appearances of neighborhoods than the safety and well being of its residents. Property rights being stripped away at every turn. And taxes reaching a point that you no longer own your property. You lease it from your municipality.
