  1. Like eviction moratorium extension, once again he's knowingly overstepped his authority and violated the constitution. This is not a mistake, it's intentional and that makes it criminal. There are correct procedures to enact such mandates. This is not one. Besides the procedural violations. The legitimate questions that have been asked by public and government officials have yet to be answered. Refusals to give data/information without lawsuits. Or " I don't know" answers only fuels skepticism. Transparency that was promised is nonexistent. As their own figures show it's efficacy is far less than they elude to. While it's side effects are greater than they'll admit. It's been handled as poorly as the border and Afghanistan withdrawal. With contradictions within the administration itself, it's no wonder people are skeptical. It would be irresponsible not to be. It's time for Creepy Joe to go. Resign or get impeached.
