The clip you so quickly went through looks like they are next to federal property. Hence all the plywood protecting the granite. Don't know about Oregon. But in my state the federal property includes the sidewalk. And how many millions of dollars damage done in these " peaceful protest" Your assuming your " peaceful protesters " are telling the truth. Yet vandalism and destruction to federal property occurred. Officers assaulted. People murdered. Trying to kill them with kindness is the defense? The protest that was peaceful. Was there an issue. Didn't look like it. No problem. Anyone get arrested? Didn't look like it. You act like it's a crime to protect federal property and personnel from harm. If no harm was being committed. There would be no need for police. Action. Didn't see federal police or national guard, stationed at every federal facility throughout the country. Only ones where destruction was occurring. Your politics cloud your judgement. Your exaggeration only throws fuel on a fire that breeds no good will to anyone. Except maybe your wallet. Not impressed.

You forget, a lot of the left is claiming responsibility for this as well, on social media. The fact that they used a proclaimed extreme leftist video in the impeachment trial is a reason to check it out. Especially when it has direct ties to CNN. Your legal views would be much better if not so biased. Agree that those who entered should be prosecuted. As well as all those who rioted, destroyed personal and federal property. Throughout 2020. Those are an attack on U.S. government. But when vice president bails them out. To allow them to go on and commit violent felonies. Where does that leave your bias? When main stream media is afraid to tell the whole truth or when comedy scared to use such abundant material as the administration has so generously provided in such a short period of time. By New York law .Red Cross, United Way, UNICEF, and a host of other nonprofits would be in violation. Including it's own corrupt governor. And we've not even got to California. Anytime a nonprofit or business gets that big. There is bound to be internal theft. It does not take away from menbers goals or Intentions. Bad CEO. Do you dissolve corporation. No you prosecute CEO. So is your security system a direct link to China? Or have you bothered to check? If your going to be so political ,how about info on Cuomo investigations. FBI and FISA warrants. Harris and Biden's misuse of campaign funds to bail out protesters who went on to commit violent felonies.?

What about land claims in Maine in the 70's. Do those lands fall under the same laws as reservations.? Would this have any bearing on HOA 's on requirements to join. Or jurisdiction. Like if a Native American sold their property on a reservation to a non-Native American. Does the property remain under Tribal regulations or not? Are crimes committed on tribal lands by non tribal members subject to. Tribal, federal or local jurisdiction? When indigenous peoples purchase property beyond original described parcels. Whose jurisdiction does that come under? Know over the last 50 years. Indigenous peoples have fought to reclaim some of their lands. And have won in several cases. Or settled . But never really clear on specifics. Other than hunting and fishing in my state. And even at that the state could do a better job on clarity. Getting better. Especially with GPS and mobile Apps.

Most of these laws still apply. FDA, USDA still trying to figure out , organic, natural etc. Someone always trying to beat the system. People still trying to mail themselves. Impersonate government or postal employees. Cooking garbage/ scrap pig food is necessary. Pigs and humans can transmit disease and parasites between species. Cooking food scraps eliminates much of this. Local "Blue Laws" like tying your cow to a tree on the town commons being illegal. Or riding your bicycle with no hands. Would be a lot more interesting.

Tribe and court tv agree. That Minnesota has previously determined that third degree mandates that others were at risk. Another case arising which is going to address the issue again. And state now wants to bring 3rd degree back. On one of the officers. It was on a couple of days ago. Explains a lot better than I can. And sites the relevant cases.
