  1. Most people don't understand what "fentanyl is 1000 times stronger than heroin" means. LITERALLY, THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND the fundamental truths and fatalities of that statement. Joe desperately needs to have on a seasoned expert in pharmacology and pharmacokinetics, so said expert can explain the dosage comparisons and the relevance tied to autointoxication, akathisia induced impulsivity and other neurobiological factors of brain-drug interactions. By no means am I an expert, but I know enough to realize most people are totally clueless on this topic and need to be educated.
