There was no "Germany" before the 19th century and in the time of 50-100 AC the germanic tribes where scattered all over Europe 😁 As the Earth is a closed system of decay and renewal of Molecules, it's most likely that every human being on earth shares a small portion of molecules from every place on earth.   38.  @santiagogomez171  Overall (over all vehicles) it's a very minor effect (as you have 95% of traffic going slower (see big trucks). They did the math and found a theoretical 5-6% cut. I assume in reality it would be 1-2%. That's not really worth it.
