  1. are u really that stupid ? if you want Jobs: tax corps not for profit, tax them for a profit/employee ratio e.G. a 1000 employee corp makes 10 Bio tax them by 10000000/1000 = 10000 as factor = we assume that as mid a 100 employee corp makes 10 Bio tax them by 10000000/100 = 100000 as factor = 10 times mid a 10000 employee corp makes 10 Bio tax them by 10000000/10000 = 1000 as factor = one tenth of mid that will also solve the exorbitant ceo payouts as even the cheapest employee (at basic salary) counts and even shareholders profit from more employees
