... I think you missed the point. They don't sue to become citizens or come in, they sue to have their due process if they show up on the port of entry and claim asylum. So they follow the legal way to claim asylum under the US law. And correct, if you deny them the legal way, that's a violation of US law.

no asylum seeker is required to seek asylum in a specific country.... that's bullshit. I someone tells you that bullcrap ask him to point you to the law that constitutes that.
