  2.  @kevinpreston5590  the difference between your "federal constitutional republic" and it's "parent" the representative democracy is only the fact that you call your "base law" a constitution (others call it just a basic law) and you gave your president more power. But it's still a representative democracy (as you vote all you representatives in office)

  4. What would be cheating? My rock nearby me can't register to vote, so why should a "vote by square mile" be more fair than a "vote for each citizen" .... or is it that republicans only win by electoral College and not by "we the people"

  7. If I review the last decades of presidential elections it seems there was never a case where a Democrat was elected and had not had the popular majority.... but several Republicans without. Seems Republicans only can win (in some cases) by the EC

I get the "somewhat equal" wish of the states, but there shouldn't be that much of a discrepancy (it's a huuuuuge margin how much people are represented by an electoral vote) .... these states gladly take the money they get from the high population states, but cry otherwise
