The "social distancing" is naturally given in the USA compared to other nations Japan: 900 per square mile Germany : 650 per square mile USA : 95 per square mile

  10. every ballot got a unique number and special envelope... How would you get that unique number for a forged ballot? creating your own doesn't work and duplicates won't either

The number on the ballot (and envelope) gets scanned at every step of its way (mail office, every transportation step, voting office, counting) .... if 2 with the same number (or a number that doesn't exist) gets scanned they go directly to the law enforcement (that determines the legitimate ballot by a visit to the home of the sender) Even if that happens later the vote can be subtracted (as it has that unique number)
