  1.  @sheeplord4976  as every stupid right wing propagandist you forgot the : "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State.." the constitution is not only the parts YOU LIKE :) the second AMM was crafted to ensure the slaveholders could bear weapons to supress their slaves once a national military was formed (that would negate their "right to bear arms") .. as only "white landowners could form a militia"... (due to slaves where not considered citizens) even that military was considerd to be only in place in years of war (thats why the US constitution demands that it gets funded EVERY YEAR AGAIN) ... it was never considered a enduring military over years of "peace" learn your fining history or shut up
