actually the government would have the authority to limit Guns, even institute a license and a mandatory insurance like with cars. Funny fact: you can´t drive a car if you have certain health conditions, have no insurance or did not pass your license .... so also the Government could make it mandatory that you have to join a "well regulated" Gun Club

@RetroRobotRadio said who ? so you say IP is not INVENTION but simply a Patent ? .. not to bother you but "patents" are an invention to restrict the use of knowledge .... maybe I file one for beer, or glass (make them slightly better and file a patent (like Monsanto on crops) they can be worse, but cheaper to produce (maybe even harmful) ... but who cares got the idea .... make something slightly different, patent it and get your pockets filled :) ... not much work :) "we make the world a worse place, but hey, we get money for it"
