  1. Wait, explain please.... People that get laid off because the employers get no free money? Aren't they technically laid off and are only inefficiently paid through the employer instead of the jobless aid? the only difference seems to be that the actual number of official jobless doesn't reflect the real technical jobless = Trump can claim a lower than real jobless number (because technically it would be cheaper to pay them directly)
