  2.  @davidchester429  How is that going to help poor people? Private Sector Landlords are in it to make money like any other business, not to be a welfare charity in place of the Government.

  3.  @davidchester429  You do know that thousands, perhaps millions of people have lost their livelihoods because of, oh wait, let me think...THE GOVERNMENT!!! Mortgage rates are going up that is why Private Landlords are leaving, they cannot cover their costs. You are describing an idyllic world. Unfortunately we are not in one and the housing lists are increasing not decreasing. Nice chatting with you. Good day. ❤ x
