  17.  @Kimmy234L  I have read that this can happen if you have a smart meter. I buy bottled water as I too do not want to drink or brush my teeth with the tap water. I have fitted a chlorine heavy metals filter to my shower head too, yes and pay water rates for the privilege. 🤦‍♀️
