I don't agree. Following through on the disastrous withdrawal in Afghanistan from the previous administration wasn't smart and being unprepared for the surge in immigration when Trump's cages for children closed was poor, granted. However, moving us out of a pandemic and getting the economy on track is something only President Biden could do. His predecessor was just a series of scandals and failures.
