  2. Supreme Court rulings are legal precedent. The Judicial Branch determines the constitutionality of court decisions and the precedent of those cases are reinforced by the US Constitution. If you are looking for an 'Abortion Amendment', you won't find it. This dull-witted argument that abortion isn't explicitly mentioned in the Constitution is a popular talking point for far-right punditry but only serves to identify someone who was too naïve to look into how our country works.
