  2. ​ @jamesstevens1994 there's apparently witnesses who have made allegations these things exist. The whistleblowers either don't appear or can't substantiate their claims. There was rumor of audio that has yet to materialize. If any of those things exist, the next step is a criminal referral for an investigation. Congress can make the referral but is not law enforcement. Has Congress made a specific criminal referral for any of the allegations? It's in their best interests politically to make that referral. If they don't make a referral it's either because they have no evidence of wrongdoing or the theatre of it was the point. Either way, I think you have to be open to the likelihood that you have bad intel.
