  8.  @kellyjk1126  The Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides a fundamental "right to privacy", which protects a pregnant woman's right to an abortion. You are right in that these activist judges recanted their confirmation testimony stating Roe v. Wade was precedent and then challenged the 1973 in repealing the constitutionally protected right. To say that it was never constitutional is the faulty premise, it was constitutional for 50 years.
